Cancellation Policies
Maximum of 16 working hour’s Philippine time (8:00 to 5:00) notice of cancellation is required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, mobile phone, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. However refund will not be accepted only item replacement with the same amount or lower. In case of replacement being higher you agree to pay the additional charge or any charge, necessary payment, interest, delivery charge where ever applicable.
